14项技能分为个人技能和航海技能,都是7项。这些技能提升不仅供应个人等级提升所需要的经验还会提供获得相应特技所需的经验。而这14项技能经验的获得则需要在游戏中进行使用到这些技能的行为,用得越多升级越快。例如贸易技能,在游戏中从事各类交易活动都能提升,作交易所任务,和交易所交易,和小贩交易甚至在船埠卖船买船都能提升。
