摇下车窗

打开家里的窗户，open the window这句话绝对没问题，但是打开窗户就不能这样翻译了。

因为原来的窗户需要我们手动摇下来，车上有相应的按钮或把手，不像家里的门窗可以直接用手打开，而是上下移动开关。所以不应该说开关窗户open和close，而要用roll。

roll sth up关闭(转动把手)

roll up the window 摇上窗户；关上窗户

roll sth down摇开;旋开

roll down the window (转动把手)摇下窗户；打开窗户

例：

Could you roll down the window?I feel a little dizzy.

你能打开窗户吗？我现在有点头晕。

用英语怎么说透气？

开窗是为了透气，促进空气流通。我想出去透气I want to breathe fresh air这样翻译就太啰嗦了。

其实透气的英语表达很简单，常用的有以下几种。

need some air/get some air透透气

想直接透气使用need some air和get some air是的，这也是最常见的表达。

breathable透气的

多形容透气的衣服布料。

ventilate通风;通气

表示让房间等建筑通风，well-ventilated room就是通风良好的房间。

let in some air 透透气

let in允许进入，let in some air就是让空气进来，也就是透气。

例：

The boring task makes me drowsy, maybe I need some air.

无聊的工作任务让我昏昏欲睡，也许我必须透气。
